Just basic, the manager is nice, The breakfast is nice enough, no complain there and service is prompt. There is also internet access 30 mns very convenient to check your mails. Location is good enough
As in many hotels in the Southern side of Europe, the room are always cold, they need to keep in mind that when the weather is not at his bestt it is good to warm the rooms a bit before guest arrivals

I liked the location and the kindness of the staff. although it was hard to find someone at reception.
The very small room and miniscule bathroom with shower broken, chaos!!!

A budget facility with great placement. Basic accommodation and facilities. Nothing extravagant or fancy, just your basic fare which works out great. It is in the older part of town, which make it very convenient and gives a rustic family appeal. The extra blanket and pillows are a great touch. Wi-fi is present in the lobby if you ask for it. They also have a computer available for guest if you should need it. The continental breakfast gets you started off well in the morning.

I like the hotel very nuch because I was treated well with the owners of the place. It is very much recommended to anyone visiting Lourdes.

The location was close to the Sanctuaries. This is a budget, no-frills hotel perfect for resting after a day or two of visiting the pilgrimage sites.

Getting up every morning and leaving this hotel.
This hotel was a disaster, dirty, insects everywhere, ceilings falling and electrical appliances dangerous. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone will tell to avoid at all costs. Hotel from hell

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean . This hotel is not far from the station as well as the center of the town.

It's very economic and it's very closed from interesting points (ski and touristic places)
It's a bit darkness but if you don't want to spend too much money that hotel is enough for one or two nights.
